Guided Relaxation Sessions - Body

A Brand New Series To Help Unwind Your Mind, Body, and Spirit!

 

Hello, Explorers!

I am so excited to present to you a new series. Every month I will be doing a guided relaxation session that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit.

In this video, we will be shifting our focus on "switching off" the major parts of our bodies as we achieve deeper relaxation. Make sure you keep all major distractions also "switched off" as you are guided through this relaxation exercise. Although the video is short, I recommend setting aside 10 minutes to fully unwind before and reflect afterward. Enjoy as you release the tension stored up in your body.
